Roads, grounds update
Construction along Sheridan Avenue and McNair Road is continuing and (barring inclement weather) should be done Monday, May 19. The work consists of milling the old asphalt, making repairs and paving and line-striping both roads. Continue to use caution when driving or walking along those roads, and expect traffic to slow although traffic flow will be maintained in both directions.

See this colorful military pageant at least once this year. Twilight Tattoos are scheduled on Wednesdays from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Fort McNair May 21, 28, June 4, 18, 25, and July 2; Fort Myer’s Twilight Tattoo is Wednesday, June 11 on Whipple Field from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
