Commanding Officer NSA North Potomac Cdr. Scott Merritt is joined by Air Force Col. Bobbie Sanders and Mr. Jack Penkoske, DISA director of manpower, personnel and security to cut the cake celebrating opening of the new Courthouse CafÈ at NSF Arlington.
The grand opening ceremony for the new Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Cafeteria located in building 12 at Naval Support Facility Arlington was conducted Friday.
The ‘‘new” cafeteria actually was renovated and now operates under a new contractor, Lokesh Singh. Cmdr. Scott A. Merritt, commanding officer, Naval Support Activity North Potomac, had the honor of opening the third new cafeteria in the last 11 months on NSANP installations. The Courthouse CafÈ, as it will be known, follows the Stargazer at the U.S. Naval Observatory and Stargazer II at NSF Potomac Annex.
